CrazyPawz is a small, independent shop selling enrichment and grooming gear for dogs.

We started it with one rule: every product has to solve an actual problem. A lick mat that settles an anxious dog before a vet visit. A slow feeder that stops the eight-second inhale. A quiet grinder that turns nail trims into a non-event. If something is just a gadget, we do not stock it.

We are new, and we would rather be upfront about what that means than pretend otherwise. We do not have thousands of reviews yet. We work with a supplier network rather than holding our own warehouse, which keeps prices down but means delivery takes 7–15 business days instead of two. We think that trade-off is worth it, and we would rather you know before you order than after.

What we can promise: free shipping on every order, a real 60-day return window, and a person who actually answers the email. If something goes wrong, tell us and we will make it right.
