How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. We process orders quickly — most ship within 1–3 business days of ordering.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking link. You can also contact us at any time and we'll pull up your order status immediately.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — follow us on TikTok @111crazypawz111 for the announcement when we launch.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All orders over $50 qualify for free shipping. Orders under $50 have a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Are your products safe for pets?
Absolutely — safety is our first priority. Every CrazyPawz product is made from food-grade, non-toxic materials, free from BPA, lead, and harmful chemicals. Our silicone products are food-grade certified, and our bowls are made from food-safe polypropylene (PP). Nothing touches your dog's mouth that we wouldn't use ourselves.
Are the Maze Munch and Zen Lick dishwasher safe?
Yes! Both the Maze Munch slow feeder and the Zen Lick lick mat are fully dishwasher safe. Top rack is recommended for best results and to preserve the materials over time.
What size dogs is the Maze Munch for?
All sizes — from Chihuahuas to Great Danes. The maze depth and channel spacing is designed to work with small snouts and large muzzles alike. Smaller dogs get an enriching puzzle challenge, while larger dogs get proper portion engagement at a healthy pace.
What can I put in the Zen Lick?
Anything soft and spreadable! Top choices: peanut butter (xylitol-free only — always check the label), plain Greek yogurt, pumpkin puree, wet dog food, cream cheese, and mashed banana. Pro tip: spread it on and freeze overnight for a 15–20 minute enrichment session.
Does the Trail Hound really retract unused water?
Yes — this is the feature that makes it unique. When you release the squeeze, suction pulls leftover water back from the bowl tray into the bottle. You only lose what your dog actually drank. Hundreds of hikers rely on this feature daily.
Does the Zen Lick stick underwater in the tub?
Yes. The 64 industrial suction cups create a waterproof seal on any smooth surface, including tub walls and tiles. Press firmly before adding your dog, and it holds through a full bath. Many owners stick it at snout height on the tub wall for perfect positioning.
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, reach out to us and we'll make it right — no hoops, no lengthy processes, no attitude.
I received the wrong item — what do I do?
Email us at support@crazypawz.com right away and we'll get the correct product shipped to you immediately. We'll also cover return shipping for the incorrect item. This gets resolved fast — we promise.
Can I change or cancel my order?

My item arrived damaged — what now?
That should never happen, and if it does we'll fix it immediately. Email a photo of the damage to support@crazypawz.com and we'll send a replacement right away at no cost to you.
